BREAKING: A power outage has prompted a school closure in Owings Mills, officials say.
OWINGS MILLS, MD — One school in Baltimore County will be closing early on Friday. Owings Mills High School will be closing at 10:30 a.m., according to Baltimore County Public Schools officials.
Authorities said that a power outage was the reason for the early dismissal at Owings Mills High School.
