Owings Mills Barricade Ends Peacefully, Police Say
Police said a man who had barricaded in his Owings Mills home ended up coming out voluntarily after talking with officers from the precinct.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A man voluntarily surrendered after a barricade in Owings Mills Tuesday morning, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. Police said he was suicidal and had barricaded himself in his home off Painters Mill Road.
At 11:32 a.m., officers were called to the residence in the 9000 block of Garth Road.
Personnel from the Franklin precinct maintained contact with the man on the phone, and he voluntarily surrendered, officials said.
