Owings Mills Co. Makes Inc. Magazine's 'Best Places To Work' List
One Owings Mills business earned a spot on the 2019 Inc. list of exceptional workplaces nationwide.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — One Owings Mills company made Inc. magazine's recently released list of the 346 Best Places to Work in 2019. The magazine compiles the best places to work list based upon several criteria that it says factor into an ideal work environment.
Employee feedback company Quantum Workplace surveyed people from nearly 2,000 companies of all sizes and industries. Employees were asked about management effectiveness, perks, trust and confidence in the future.
Then Inc. determined the ranking with use of a composite score of survey results.

According to the Inc. article, here is why Clearview Group is among the best places to work:
"Enthusiasm and transparency power our momentum at Clearview Group, and we put our people first. Most companies focus on doing specific things to prove they are a good company and a fun place to work. They talk about the pool table in the cafeteria or the company picnic to illustrate that," according to the writeup about Clearview. "We spend more time focusing on what makes people happy. If someone has a bad day, they are probably worried about something, and we try to eliminate the worry."
The Inc. list is searchable by state, industry, company size, and benefits —including generous parental leave, onsite medical and fitness, pet-friendly policies, tuition reimbursement and more.
