Owings Mills High School is promoting traffic safety this week with various activities as part of its annual traffic safety week.
On Monday, there was a shock trauma presentation to various classes. Tuesday, there was a seatbelt check by Baltimore County Police cadets.

SADD students will be wearing 'distraction' signs all week. Students can also sign a traffic safety pledge wall in the lower cafeteria Tuesday through Friday during lunch.
"The bottom line is imparied crashes are the #1 cause of death for young adults in the USA," a school press release said.
