Owings Mills Homicide: Man Found Shot In Vehicle, Police Say

Police said officers performed CPR on the man who was found shot in Owings Mills, but he succumbed to his injuries.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A man was killed in Owings Mills Monday night, according to police.

Dwayne Edward Elliott III, 25, of the 2700 block of West North Avenue, was found fatally shot in his vehicle, police said.

Officers found Elliott after 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12, when they were called to the 9200 block of Christo Court for a report of a shooting, according to investigators.

Police said officers performed CPR on Elliott before he was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
