Owings Mills Youth Football Takes NFL Field at Ravens Preseason Game
Two Owings Mills Wolfpack squads played in a scrimmage versus Westminster during halftime of the Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium Friday evening.
An Owings Mills youth football team can now say it has played on the same field as Baltimore Ravens players past and present, as two of the youth football program's squads scrimmaged Wesminster Friday evening.
At halftime of the Ravens' preseason game versus the Kansas City Chiefs, the Wolfpack's 6 to 8-year-old and 8 to 10-year-old teams took the field at M&T Bank Stadium.
The season starts for the team this weekend, kicked off by a 7 p.m. 7 to 9-year-old game versus Middle River-Blue at Middle River Middle School. It continues with games for other age groups through the day Saturday.
