Owings Mills Woman Has Returned To Assisted Living Home: Police

A woman who disappeared after leaving for work Wednesday has been located, officials say.

UPDATE — Police said that a missing Owings Mills woman was found Friday morning in Towson, alive and well.

PREVIOUS REPORT — A woman who relies on medication for cognitive and developmental conditions left for work Wednesday but never returned home to Owings Mills, police said.

Rachel Nicole Jackson, 24, departed at approximately 11 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, according to police.

She was last seen in the 9200 block of Owings Choice Court in Owings Mills with a large tan floral-printed backpack and was wearing a puffy black jacket, brown boots and blue jeans.

Jackson is described as a dark-skinned black woman who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 235 pounds with short, straight brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said she has been known to travel near the Comfort Inn in the 8800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard in Towson, where she has been found before.

Her caretakers have been unable to reach her by phone, and she is without her medications, police reported.
