Paul Thomas Blazek, 48, of Reisterstown

Paul Thomas Blazek, 48, of Reisterstown, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.

Born Jan. 17, 1967, in Maryland, he was the son of the late James J Blazek Sr. and Teresa C. Cymbor Blazek.

He was an avid sports fan, an athlete and loved playing fantasy football.

He is survived by his siblings: James J. Blazek, Jr., Matthew J. Blazek and Barbara Anne Regan, six nieces and one nephew as well as other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 23, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon. Interment to follow in Lake View Memorial Park.
