Pedestrian Killed in Crash Involving MTA Bus: Report
The driver of the suspect vehicle reportedly ran away from the scene.
Authorities are investigating a crash involving an MTA bus Tuesday night that injured at least five people in Baltimore County.
The collision occurred near the intersection of Liberty at Essex roads, Baltimore County police reported before 9 p.m. on Tuesday.
Police said that the driver of a silver Mercedes hit a pedestrian, another vehicle,, crossed the center line on Liberty Road and crashed head-on into an MTA bus before the driver got out and ran away on foot, according to WJZ, which reported the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene and passengers on the bus had minor injuries.
