Seven members of took the "cue" to pick up their sticks and settle who was the best shot.
Indeed, it was the annual RSC Father's Day Pool Tournament on Tuesday, June 19th. The double elimination tourney was filled with bank shots, combinations and a great deal of camaraderie and good times - and the general feeling was the seniors would have given Minnesota Fats a real run for his money!
Ultimately though, it came down to two - Bob Cooper and perennial favorite in the RSC Billiards room, Ed Scoone, for the final match. Ed and Bob went head to head for a final great game of "Eight Ball" and it really did come down to the final ball on the table. Ultimately Bob Cooper came out on top with some outstanding shots and the cool demeanor of a pro.
