Pikesville Boy's Kiss Results in Assault Charge: Police

An eighth grade boy allegedly kissed a girl at school against her will.

A teen is charged with assault after he allegedly kissed a girl at Pikesville Middle School against her will, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

The 13-year-old boy told authorities that someone dared him to do it, police reported.

Administrators alerted the school resource officer at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, about the event that happened earlier that day, according to the report.

The victim, a 14-year-old girl, said the boy grabbed her by the shirt in her stomach area, pulled her toward him and ”open-mouth kissed her with his tongue,” the report said.

Both individuals were in the eighth grade at the school, according to the report.

Police said the boy was charged as a juvenile with second-degree assault and released to the custody of his mother.
