Pit Bull Walks Down the Aisle at Ravens Player's Wedding: VIDEO

One of the Baltimore Ravens brought two loves of his life together recently to tie the knot.

Baltimore, MD — Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Jeremy Zuttah was attended by a four-legged groomsman at his recent wedding. His pit bull, Ace, came strutting down the aisle wearing a fitted tuxedo.

In fact, Ace had a hand in deciding the wedding venue, according to Zuttah and bride Heran Haile.

After City Hall would not allow the pooch inside, the couple decided to get married in the Under Armour Performance Center gym at 10 Light St. in Baltimore, the Baltimore Ravens reported.

With a little bit of training before the big day, Ace was escorted down the aisle by Zuttah's brother and posed for wedding photos.

"I could not imagine getting married without him," Haile said. "He's with us...everywhere we go."

That's a change from when she and Zuttah were dating at Rutgers University. According to Bark Post, when he adopted Ace from a friend eight years ago, she hoped he would change his mind and opt for a Yorkie instead.

Now both Zuttah and Haile are advocates for pit bulls. He has participated in the "Show Your Soft Side" campaign, which features men treating animals with compassion in an effort to combat animal cruelty. Proceeds go toward adoptions at BARCS (Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter).
