Police Activity Closes Part Of Security Boulevard

WOODLAWN, MD -- Part of Security Boulevard is closed Thursday morning due to police activity. Multiple lanes are closed, the Maryland State Highway Administration reported at 10:40 a.m.

The incident was reported after 10:15 a.m. on westbound Security Boulevard/MD 122 in the area of Colonial Road, according to state transportation officials.

As of 10:45 a.m., officials said westbound Security Boulevard was completely shut down at Colonial Road, and two eastbound lanes were closed as well.
