Grand theft from auto
An unknown suspect stole a Beretta Px4 Storm 45-caliber handgun, four loaded magazines and one box of 45-caliber ammunition from an unlocked car on the 600 block of Sacred Heart Lane in Reisterstown between 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

 First-degree burglary
An unknown suspect used an unlocked rear window to enter a home at the unit block of Foxmoor Court in Owings Mills and stole a silver bag full of baby items. The incident occurred between 9:30 a.m. and 9:39 p.m. Monday, May 9.

Second-degree burglaries
An unknown suspect removed several padlocks from a J&F Construction site at the 9000 block of Dolfield Road in Owings Mills and stole two saws and eight drills valued at $2,790. The incident occurred between 5 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday.

An unknown suspect stole a blue and white Yamaha dirt bike, valued at $800, from a residential garage at the 100 block of Tollgate Road in Owings Mills between 9 a.m. Tuesday and 8:03 p.m. Thursday.

Fourth-degree burglaries
Terrell "CJ" Washington of the unit block of Glyndale Court in Reisterstown was arrested and charged with stealing a Mongoose Enix bike from a residence at the unit block of Boan Oak Court in Reisterstown between 9 p.m May 8 and 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 10.

One suspect has been arrested and another is still being sought after the two attempted to steal a granite slab from a residence at the unit block of Gwynns Mill Court in Owings Mills at 9:43 p.m. Wednesday. Troy Whitney, 42, was charged with attempting the burglary from Rock Tops Fabrication after the suspects activated the fenced-in yard's perimeter alarm. 

An unknown suspect stole a John Deere Gator utility vehicle, weed eaters, chain saws, a pole saw and hedge trimmers from a barn at the 3500-block of Butler Road in Reisterstown sometime between 10 p.m. Monday, May 9, and 7 a.m. Tuesday.
