Police ID Victim Killed In Windsor Mill Shooting
Homicide detectives in Baltimore County are investigating the death of a 32-year-old who was found shot in broad daylight earlier this week.
WINDSOR MILL, MD — Police identified the man who was found shot in broad daylight in Windsor Mill earlier this week.
Marvin Scott, 32, of Oak Haven Circle in Milford Mill was pronounced deceased at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center Tuesday, according to officials.
His death is being investigated a homicide, police said Thursday.

Scott had been driving a car that sped into a curb on Dogwood Road at Lord Baltimore Drive, where he was found shot and was alone in the vehicle when police arrived, WBAL reported.
There may be a reward for tips in connection with the shooting.
