Police ID Victims In Woodlawn Motel 6 Shootings

A 27-year-old and 30-year-old man were found in a motel room in Woodlawn shot to death, according to police.

WOODLAWN, MD — Authorities identified the two men found fatally shot in a Motel 6 over the weekend.

Angel Luis Mendez Crespo, 27, and Edgardo Castro Estremera, 30, were found Saturday afternoon by an employee of the motel in the 1600 block of Whitehead Court, police said.

Both men had gunshot wounds and were deceased when the hotel worker discovered them in a room after 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Crespo and Estremera lived in the 3600 block of Washington Avenue in Windsor Mill, a little more than 3 miles from the scene where they were found.

Detectives continue to search for a motive and suspect. Anyone with information may contact police at 410-307-2020.
