Police ID Woman Found Dead At Pikesville Hotel

PIKESVILLE, MD — Police have identified the woman found dead at a Pikesville area hotel over the weekend, officials reported Monday.

Lashawnda Saran Sanders, 43, was found deceased in a hallway at the Howard Johnson Inn, at 7 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, police said.

When officers were called to the hotel in the 400 block of Reisterstown Road to check on a sick or injured person, they said they found Sanders with trauma to the upper body in the second-floor hallway.

Medics pronounced Sanders, who lived in the 1600 block of North Monroe Street in west Baltimore, deceased.
