(UPDATE, 6/21) Police Identify Body Found Near Giant

A woman using an ATM near the grocery store on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills Sunday discovered a man's body in the grass.

(UPDATE, 8:55 a.m., 6/21)—Police have identified the body of a man found in Owings Mills near the ATM in the St. Thomas Center  parking lot Sunday, said Lt. Stephen Doarnberger of Baltimore County Police . 

Charles George Gamber III, 29, was believed to be living with a friend in Owings Mills at the time his body was discovered, but police have yet to verify an address, Lt. Doarnberger said. His next of kin, who live in Carroll County, have been notified of his death, he said. 

A woman using the ATM early Sunday morning discovered Gamber's body in the grassy median between the bank and the grocery store. Police identified Gamber through his fingerprints, Doarnberger said.

No foul play is suspected so far in the investigation, Doarnberger said, indicating the man died of natural causes.

The Maryland Office of the Chief Examiner, located at 900 West Baltimore Street in Baltimore, is conducting the autopsy, he said.

An official at the examiner's office said details of a funeral or visitation service have not yet been established.
