Ramp on I-695 Reopens After Utility Issue

Greenspring Avenue ramp was closed Monday morning, State Highway officials advised.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – Drivers planning to take the Greenspring Avenue exit from Interstate 695 Monday morning were advised to plan alternate routes.

The ramp from the outer loop to Greenspring Avenue was closed due to a utility problem, the State Highway Administration reported after 10 a.m.

By 4:30 p.m., WBAL was reporting the ramp had reopened.
