Randallstown Motorcyclist Dies In Crash Near Woodlawn: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A motorcyclist died in a crash Sunday night on Windsor Mill Road, police said.

Rodney Toussaint, 44, was entering the intersection of Windsor Mill Road at Lawnwood Circle at 5:30 p.m. when his motorcycle hit the driver's side of a Nissan Altima that was coming from the opposite direction, according to police.

Toussaint, of the 3700 block of Valley Hill Drive in Randallstown, was ejected from his motorcycle and pronounced deceased, police reported.

The driver of the 2017 Nissan Altima stayed at the scene and was not injured, according to the report.

Authorities said Monday that it remained under investigation which vehicle operator was at fault in the collision.
