REISTERSTOWN, MD — A homeowner with a surveillance camera surprised burglars recently in Reisterstown. After the resident addressed the couple through her home security system, the duo took off along with a dog, police allege.

Officials are now asking the public for help identifying the suspects, accused of burglarizing the home in the 2400 block of Long Ridge Road in Reisterstown. Police released surveillance footage on Friday, April 19, to get information. The time stamp on the video is 5:34 p.m. on Friday, March 15.

"It is possible that these suspects may reside locally due to the fact that they appear to have been walking and had their dog with them at the time of the burglary," the Baltimore County Police Department said in a statement.
