Reisterstown Festival 2021: Fireworks, Parade, Music Guide

This weekend the Reisterstown Festival will celebrate its the 34th year with fireworks and other festivities.

REISTERSTOWN, MD — A classic Main Street parade, live music and fireworks are among the offerings this weekend at the Reisterstown Festival. The two-day event runs Saturday, Sept. 11, and Sunday, Sept. 12.

This marks the 34th annual Reisterstown Festival.

The Reisterstown Festival will take place at Hannah More Park, 12035 Reisterstown Rd., on Saturday, Sept. 11, and Sunday, Sept. 12.

Here's a guide to the festivities:

PARADE starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11.

  • It begins at the intersection of Cockeysmill Road and Main Street/MD 140. Participants will gather at 8:30 a.m. at Harvestview Road.
  • The route runs South on Main Street/MD 140, which becomes Reisterstown.
  • The traffic light at the entrance to the Reisterstown Shopping Center — and Franklin High School — marks the end of the parade.

FESTIVAL grounds open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11. They will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 12.

  • The festival is at Hannah More Park, 12035 Reisterstown Rd.
  • Craft vendors, local exhibitors and a beer garden will be part of the festivities.

FIREWORKS are set to go off around 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11.

LIVE MUSIC will be on tap both days of the festival at Hannah More Park. Here is the lineup:
