Pikesville Man Among 3 Charged in Halethorpe Homicide: Police

Police said the victim's body was found dumped in a stairwell.

Three men have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a homicide in southwest Baltimore County, police said.

Brian Michael Reiser, 49, of Halethorpe, had been out of touch for a couple of days, causing an individual to file a missing person's report on Thursday, June 19, according to a statement from the Baltimore County Police Department.

Investigation led detectives to a vacant home in Baltimore City, where they found his body, according to the report.

Three people have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Reiser's death, police said: Kevin Brooks Pendergraph, 31, of the 6600 block of Eberle Drive in Baltimore; Roy Bernard Munson, 18, of the 4100 block of Colby Road in Pikesville; and Eric Patrick Henry, 37, of no fixed address.

Police said the three men were arguing with Reiser at his home in the 5600 block of Southwestern Boulevard and during the dispute, they killed him.

Then they took Reiser's body to a vacant home in Baltimore City, where they dumped it in a stairwell, according to the report. Police said the victim suffered from traumatic injuries.

Pendergraph, Munson and Henry were being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center, according to police, who said the incident remains under investigation.
