Reisterstown Man Jailed After Arson Threat: Fire Marshal
The Reisterstown man had threatened via text to set fire to a home after an argument, officials said.

WESTMINSTER, MD — A Reisterstown man who threatened arson is being held without bail at the Carroll County Detention Center for allegedly violating his parole, officials said.
Richard Donald Bull, 27, of the 2600 block of Cedarhurst Drive in Reisterstown, was arrested Tuesday after Carroll County Circuit Court Judge Green determined he violated the sanctions of his parole requirements.
Bull was on probation after threatening arson on Dec. 1, 2014, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal. In that case, he had been arguing with someone and while the person was inside text messaging, he threatened to set fire to the person's home, the fire marshal said.
