Reisterstown Man Stabbed On ICC: Police

Police said that the suspect was a man in a gray Chevy Silverado.

A Reisterstown man was stabbed in an altercation on the ICC, and Maryland State Police are asking for help identifying the suspect.

The assailant was driving a gray Ford pickup truck with a four-door extended cab, state police reported.

Around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, police said the suspect was going east on the ICC/Route 200 when he drove onto the shoulder to try to pass a Chevy Silverado toward the ramp to Interstate 95 north.

When he could not get by, he ordered the passenger in the Silverado, a Reisterstown man, to get out; the passenger refused, and the suspect stabbed him in the leg, police said.

An ambulance took the victim to Laurel Regional Hospital, according to authorities.

As the Silverado driver called 911, police said the suspect drove off onto the I-95 north ramp.

Authorities are following leads but ask anyone with information to come forward, and they remind people to exercise caution in dealing with people on the road.

Police said the suspect was alone driving a gray Ford pickup truck with a four-door cab. He was described as a black man who was 6 feet tall and 225 pounds. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a dark t-shirt and blue jeans.
