The weekend of Mustangs football started off with a BANG last night at Reisterstown Regional Park. Under the Friday Night Lights and with the new sound system in the booth, the Woodlawn Falcons came to town.
The 10-12 American Mustangs handled their business easily, taking down Woodlawn 37-0, finishing the game with a 94-yard pick 6 (Murphy). The 11-13 American game was exactly like the first meeting of these two teams at Woodlawn in the first week of this season: a knockdown, drag-out, tough game. This time it was the Mustangs scoring a touchdown late in the fourth quarter (G. Moore), and coming out on top 12-7.
There are nine more games today at Reisterstown Regional Park, starting with the PIt Bulls at 8 a.m. and finishing with 11-13 Federal at 8 p.m. You can see the full Home schedule at http://www.reisterstownmustangs.org/homegameschedule.
