Reisterstown, Owings Mills Under Freezing Rain Advisory

The precipitation may start as sleet Monday afternoon and turn into freezing rain, coating the region in a “glaze of ice,” according to the National Weather Service. Roads and sidewalks may be hazardous for travel.

Temperatures will stay in the low 30s in the area Monday. Rain is likely to pick up again Tuesday evening and continue throughout Wednesday, the Reisterstown forecast shows.

Northwest Harford and northern Baltimore counties are under the freezing rain advisory until 8 p.m. Monday.
Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince George’s and Montgomery counties as well as the District of Columbia and parts of Virginia are under a separate freezing rain advisory set to expire at 6 p.m.
