OWINGS MILLS, MD — An apartment fire in Owings Mills has resulted in rescues Saturday, according to authorities.

After 5:30 p.m., officials said ladder rescues were underway at the building in the 4700 block of River Haven Court.

Smoke had been detected inside the four-story building, the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighter's Association reported.
