Restaurant Fire Under Investigation In Woodlawn
The Royal Pizza restaurant in Security Plaza was the scene of a fire, Baltimore County officials report.
WOODLAWN, MD — Fire broke out at a restaurant in Woodlawn Friday morning, Baltimore County fire officials say. Investigators were called to determine the cause and origin of the blaze.
Firefighters were dispatched to the Security Plaza shopping center on Woodlawn Drive at 5:48 a.m. on Friday, July 5. They found smoke showing from a commercial structure and requested a second alarm upon encountering heavy smoke and heat, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.
The fire had been knocked, officials reported at 6:38 a.m., and nobody was injured.
