Police Identify Woman Killed in Crash Near Reisterstown
Road was closed for hours after police said tractor hit passenger car.

A woman died from a crash that occurred near Reisterstown Monday morning, according to police.
Neely Tal Snyder, 37, of the 7900 block Ivy Lane, had been stopped in her Hyundai Elantra on MD 30 waiting to turn left onto Mount Gilead Road when her vehicle was hit by a Peterbilt tractor, police reported.
At approximately 7:28 a.m., a tractor hit her vehicle from behind, the Baltimore County Police Department reported.

Snyder was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where she was pronounced deceased, according to the report.
Police said the tractor driver was not injured.

As of 10:45 a.m., MD 30 was closed between Butler and Emory roads in both directions for investigation, according to police.
At 11:15 a.m., police said the road had reopened.
The crash team is investigating and will send the report to the state’s attorney’s office for review.
