Seth and Maggie Are the Pets of the Week
The Baltimore Humane Society introduces Seth, a pup who likes cats and has been to obedience school; and mellow kitty Maggie.
This week’s Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Seth and Maggie. Here’s a little about each of them –
Seth:
Hi! My name is Seth. My foster mommy likes to call me Seth the Great! When I first went home with her I had to take medicine for a skin infection, now you can barely tell I ever had one and I’m feeling so much better. I love to spend time with my mommy and my kitty cat friend, Poe. I chase him sometimes, but it’s just because I like to play. I give him kisses too. I love going on long walks and being pet by all the neighbors (I’m very well behaved on them). I even participate in play dates with some of the other pups at BHS. I’ve been learning new tricks like sit, down, come and stay. My foster Mommy also has been taking me to fun agility classes and doggie obedience classes. I love them!! I love puzzle games too... I’m a smart guy. I’m also potty trained and crate trained!
My foster mommy says that as much as she loves me, it’s time for me to find my forever home. So if you think you could be my forever family, please fill out an application from BHS (it can be found on their website). My foster mommy would love to introduce me to you. I hope to meet you soon!!
Maggie:
Maggie here! I’m waiting at BHS to find my forever family. I’ve been described as mellow and easy-going by the staff here. I love getting attention, but only on my terms! I would love a home of my very own so I can really relax. In my last home, I would knead and suckle on my blanket when I got really happy. I also like to play with balls and wand toys a lot! I’m still adjusting to life here at the shelter, so it may take some time for me to come out of my shell. If you can take the time to get to know me, I could be your new best friend! Hope we can meet soon. I’ll be waiting!
