Man Killed In Store At Chartley Park Shopping Center: Police

REISTERSTOWN, MD — A man was shot and killed in Reisterstown Tuesday morning, according to police. He was inside a store at the time in the shopping center off Chartley Drive.

Davontae Allen Eden, 23, of the 12000 block of Diploma Drive, was pronounced deceased when officers arrived to what was reported as a medical call, according to authorities.

Officers said the victim was shot once in the upper body in the 100 block of Chartley Drive.

The suspect left before police arrived, according to investigators, who believe the crime was targeted.

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department's Homicide Unit are investigating and ask anyone with information to call 410-307-2020. There may be a reward for tips in connection with the shooting at Chartley Park shopping center.
