Snowy Drizzle to Last Through Thursday, NOAA Issues Hazardous Weather Outlook

Spring seems to be nowhere in sight in Owings Mills and Reisterstown, where residents can expect to see falling wet flakes through Thursday and again this weekend.

Rain and sleet and what suspiciously looks like snow during spring, could continue through Thursday night in the greater Baltimore area, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

NOAA has issued hazardous weather outlooks for several of Maryland's waterfronts, including the Baltimore harbor, and the Patapsco, Potomac and Chester Rivers.

Roads are slick in Owings Mills and Reisterstown, and motorists should recall the from flooding earlier this month.
