Stevenson Coach Makes Hall of Fame

The Mustangs' men's lacrosse coach will be inducted into the Greater Baltimore Chapter of the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

In his eight years, lacrosse coach Paul Cantabene has turned the Mustangs' program into a perennial contender.

Stevenson has consistently found itself ranked in the national top 20 in NCAA Division III in recent years, and has made an appearance in the last three NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Championship tournaments.

That, combined with a stellar playing career that included time as a Loyola (MD) Greyhound and 13 years playing professionally for the National Lacrosse League and Major League Lacrosse, earned Cantabene a slot in the Greater Baltimore Chapter of the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame Class of 2012, a university statement said.
