Stevenson Basketball Teams Split at Frostburg
The women won to snap a four game losing streak, but the men couldn't overcome a double-digit halftime deficit.
The women's basketball team matched its largest win total since 2008 by beating Frostburg State Saturday.
Senior Amanda Craig was nearly perfect in scoring a career high 20 points, going 5-for-6 from the floor and 7-for-7 at the free throw line.
Junior , from Reisterstown, scored 16 points and snared seven rebounds in the 69-62 Mustangs (7-12, 3-8 Capital Athletic Conference) win.

Stevenson's men's team did not fare as well in Frostburg, lost 73-68.
Junior Brett Burrier, from Westminster, scored 21 points for Stevenson (4-16, 1-10). Senior Greg Collins had 13 points and 13 rebounds in the loss.
