Double Homicide Near Randallstown Under Investigation
Two people were found murdered in Winands Valley Estates, officials report.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD (Updated 6:30 p.m.) — Police said the case of a couple found dead in their home is being investigated as a double homicide in which they were targeted.
Steven Scott Campbell, 36, and Chinika Shari Hursey, 36, of the 4100 block of Bald Eagle Court, were killed overnight at their home, according to officials, who said Hursey's children were home at the time.
Police said first responders were dispatched at 8:52 a.m. for a report of a cardiac arrest and found Campbell and Hursey deceased at the scene.

They had upper body trauma and were believed to have died overnight at the hands of an unknown person, according to authorities.
