Teacher Charged With Sex Abuse At Milford Mill: Police
Police said the Milford Mill Academy teacher allegedly had sexual encounters with a student in the classroom and near Liberty Reservoir.
TOWSON, MD - A teacher at Milford Mill Academy is facing sex charges after a student reported having sexual encounters with him in his classroom and near Liberty Reservoir during school hours, police said.
Scott Martin Nawrozki, 54, of the 2100 block of Brookhaven Court, has been charged with sex abuse of a minor, second-degree custodial child abuse, fourth-degree sex by a person of authority and fourth-degree sex offense with vaginal intercourse by a person of authority.
According to police, the charges stem from allegations regarding sexual activities between the victim and Nawrozki in May and June. In addition to the in-person interactions, the two allegedly sent "suggestive photographs" to one another during that time, authorities said.

Nawrozki was denied bail and is being detained in Baltimore County.
