Teen Dies After Crossing Road in Owings Mills: Police
The 16-year-old ran into the street, where he was hit by a passenger car, Baltimore County police say.

OWINGS MILLS, MD -- A teen hit by a car trying to cross Lakeside Boulevard over the weekend has died, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Tyree Nathan Brown, 16, of the 2700 block of Claybrooke Drive, was hit by a car on Sunday, Dec. 27, police reported.
Brown was running across Lakeside Boulevard near Common Brook Road when he was hit by a Honda Civic headed west at 1:11 p.m. on Sunday, according to the report.

The driver of the Civic remained at the scene, officials reported.
Brown was taken to Sinai Hospital, police said. Once he was stabilized, Brown was taken to University Hospital before he was declared deceased early Monday morning, according to police.

A vigil was held for Brown, who played football at Milford Mill High School, Wednesday night, according to WJZ.
The crash team continues to investigate the incident, according to police.
