Teen With Intellectual Challenges Is Missing: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A teen who has intellectual challenges is missing, according to authorities. Police said that he disappeared Tuesday afternoon near Randallstown.

Ronald Moore, 19, was last seen at 1:55 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, according to officials. He was in the 8600 block of Pilsen Road at the time.

Moore was wearing a blue t-shirt with tan shorts. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 180 pounds.
