
Junior Achievement of Central Maryland has appointed Tiffany King, CPA, to a three-year term on its board of directors.
As vice president and controller for The Baltimore Life Insurance Company in Owings Mills, King is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for the company. She previously spent three years in public accounting, focusing primarily on clients within the financial services industry.
“We are pleased to have Tiffany bring her expertise to the board,” said Jennifer Bodensiek, president and CEO for Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. “Her perspective will help to ensure that we have a solid foundation and the appropriate resources to carry out our mission to serve more than 40,000 Central Maryland students each year.”

King graduated summa cum laude from Norfolk State University with a degree in accounting and is a CPA. She resides in Randallstown, with her husband, Dominic,and daughter, Kaileigh.
Junior Achievement of Central Maryland is dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. Through a dedicated volunteer network, Junior Achievement provides in-school and after-school programs for kindergarten through 12th grade students which focus on work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
