Traffic Alert: Temporary Road Closures for Maryland Hunt Cup Steeplechase
Police said changes will be in effect from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 25.

There will be several road closures in effect on Saturday, April 25, for the Maryland Hunt Cup Steeplechase, according to Baltimore County police.
Police issued the following traffic alert:
Worthington Valley Area to be Affected
Beginning at 2 p.m., eastbound traffic will be diverted on Tufton Avenue onto southbound Dover Road. Westbound traffic on Tufton Avenue will be stopped for pedestrians as needed. This will allow race-goers to safely cross Tufton Avenue on foot.

The following roads will be closed from 3 to 6 p.m. during the race and until most of the crowd leaves the temporary parking areas:
- Worthington Avenue and Tufton Avenue
- Belmont Avenue and Butler Road
- Mantua Mill Road and Geist Road
- Tufton Avenue and Falls Road
- Dover Road and Tufton Ridge Road
No Parking signs will be posted the night before the race. Parking regulations will be strictly enforced.
