Trinity Lutheran Church Hosts Dutch Picnic

DUE TO CONCERNS ABOUT CARS PARKING IN VERY WET FIELDS, THE OUTDOOR PORTION OF THE DUTCH PICNIC IS BEING POSTPONED. THERE WILL BE THE INDOOR FRIED CHICKEN & HAM DINNER BEGINNING AT 1PM.

Trinity Lutheran Church at 833 Deer Park Rd in Westminster/Smallwood is having their 139th Annual Dutch Picnic Festival on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 8 am-6 pm. There will be a Flea Market, Crafts Market, Silent Auction and Nearly New sale as well as a Children’s Activity Center. There are several opportunities for food: Breakfast Fare starting at 8 am, Sandwiches , Drinks, Funnel Cakes, Ice Cream and Bake Table in the Grove from 10 am – 6 pm and Fried Chicken & Ham Dinner in the Social Hall from 1pm to 5 pm: $12 Adults, $6 for children 6-12; under 6, Free

Come and enjoy the free entertainment: 11:30-1pm: Damascus Road Trio, 1:30 to 2:30 pm: Sunday Night Big Band, 3pm to 6 pm, Josh and the Good Old Stuff and DJ Blaine Brown all day.

15% of the day’s profits will be split between Carroll County Food Sunday, Carroll Lutheran School and Carroll Cancer Patient Assistance Fund.
