It began when a 14-year-old boy and the Fosters got into an argument at a playground nearby. When the younger boy asked for help from an 18-year-old man and 40-year-old man, officials allege the two suspects approached them and one pulled out a knife.

The Fosters had stolen the younger boy's shoes on the playground, WBAL reported, and he went home to enlist the help of his older brother and father.
