Voyeurism Charge Waged Against Milford Mill Academy Teacher: Police
BREAKING: Baltimore County police allege the teacher left his phone recording in a room where girls were changing.

WINDSOR MILL, MD - A special education teacher at Milford Mill Academy has been charged with voyeurism, the Baltimore County Police Department reported on Monday.
Christopher R. Clark, 46, of the 3600 block of Hampstead Mexico Road in Hampstead, has been charged with visual surveillance with prurient intent in a private place. The misdemeanor crime occurred on Jan. 23, court records show.
Authorities said they began investigating after a student noticed a phone recording in a room where girls were changing and took the device to another teacher.

The investigation revealed at least one additional incident where Clark had recorded a student changing clothes in January, according to police, who said both cases took place on school property.
The Baltimore County Crimes Against Children Unit continues to investigate. Anyone with more information may contact police at 410-307-2020.

If convicted, Clark could face up to one year in jail and/or a $2,500 fine. He is slated to appear in Baltimore County District Court on April 18.
