OWINGS MILLS, MD — A missing woman has been located. The Baltimore County Police Department reported Jessica Banks, 32, had been found by 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 9.
PREVIOUS: A woman who has special needs has gone missing in Baltimore County, police report. She disappeared on Friday, Jan. 4, according to authorities.
Jessica Banks, 32, was last seen in the unit block of Music Fair Road in Owings Mills, officials said.

She walked away from a day care center for adults who have special needs, police reported.
