Baltimore County police say a new website called iWatch will allow two-way communication between the public and the department.

Sen. Kathy Klausmeier, a Perry Hall Democrat, said she plans to vote in favor of a bill that would legalize same-sex marriages in Maryland. Klausmeier said she made the decision after talking to her family, friends and members of the clergy.
