Water Shut Off, Road Closed by Security Boulevard: Officials
Traffic, residents and businesses were affected by major water main break near Woodlawn Friday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A giant water main break on Security Boulevard at Woodlawn Drive has snarled traffic in the area Friday afternoon, Baltimore County public safety officials report.
Water was shut off for area residents as crews worked to repair the break after 2 p.m.
The 12-inch water main break damaged the road, according to the Baltimore Department of Public Works.

Drivers were advised to steer clear of the intersection of Security Boulevard and Woodlawn Drive after 3 p.m.
The fix was not anticipated to be completed on Friday, WBAL reported.
