BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Due to the holiday that celebrates American workers, numerous offices and services will be closed Monday for Labor Day. The 2021 holiday falls on Sept. 6.

Labor Day — the holiday that marks the unofficial end of summer and the start of the school year — is among the busiest travel holidays of the year.

Maryland officials advise those crossing the Bay Bridge the best times on Labor Day are before 10 a.m. and after 11 p.m.
