Woman With Developmental Disabilities Is Missing: Police

RANDALLSTOWN, MD — Officials say a woman who has a developmental disability is missing. She was last seen in the Randallstown area Wednesday afternoon, according to police.

Cassandra Shackelford, 56, disappeared around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, officials said.

She was last seen in 8800 block of Church Lane wearing gray sweatpants with a white stripe as well as a brown coat, black hat and white t-shirt, police reported.
