Woman Missing From Adult Care Center On Liberty Road: Police

Have you seen Elaine Lowe? Police said she walked out of an adult care center in Baltimore County.

RANDALLSTOWN, MD — A woman who has multiple medical conditions went missing from an adult care center Sunday morning, according to police. Officials are asking for help finding the woman, who is described as not being self-sufficient.

Elaine Lowe, 56, walked out of an adult care center in the 3400 block of Carriage Hill Circle in Randallstown at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, according to police. She may have been walking on Liberty Road.

Lowe was described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 300 pounds with brown eyes and short blonde and white hair. When last seen, officials said she was wearing a white turtleneck with a floral design, dark jeans, white and green tennis shoes and a coat.

Anyone who has seen Lowe is asked to call police at 410-307-2020. Officials said she has multiple medical conditions and may be in danger due to being without care.
